Major Lag Issues

With this new 1.20.30 update, i think this brung a lot of lag spikes and input delays and i also think villages are broken, I think this issue is only happening on my xbox as other devices work normally. When I'm playing in a world where im no where near a village, the gameplay is normal but now after the update when i go in a village there is so much lag it makes the game unplayable, block breaking takes so long and when you brake the block it just disappears for like 2 seconds and comes back, all the mobs and block drops are moving so incredibly slow like they are stuck in slow motion, when i punched a mob for example a villager, obviously you knock it back a little bit and that takes like 0.5 seconds but when i punched the villager it was floating in the air for like 5 or 10 seconds before it slowly floated to the ground, i broke a village lamp (the wood with the 4 torches) and the items slowly floated to the ground, must have took 15 seconds to float to the ground, i tried picking the items up and even that took like 10 seconds, that should be instant. Also i do have quite a few addons/mods installed on my minecraft so maybe that is why, but they are not active mods i have activated on the world as its happening on even brand new created worlds and i don’t activate the addons on there. This issue is consistent and happens all the time, please fix it i cannot play normally anymore!
