After starting Minecraft Bedrock Edition with an Xbox One controller and keyboard connected I can only write on one sign. After that I can no longer write on signs. If I start the game with only the keyboard connected then I can write on the signs as many times as I want. After the Minecraft update 1.20.30 update this issue arose. The bug persists in world that have experimental settings on or off. It is very annoying because you can only write on signs when only the keyboard is connected. If you want to play with a controller and keyboard you can only write on the sign once. Then after that you cannot write.

I forgot to mention that if I start Minecraft with the keyboard only I can write on as many signs, but once I connect the controller, I can only write on one sign. The game will not let me use the sneak/fly button or ESC to exit the sign editing prompt. I have to use the sneak/fly button on my controller to exit. The issue seems to be related to how the keyboard and controller work together when both are connected to the PC. It is almost like the game thinks the controller has the ability to write in the sign prompt, but it is missing the on-screen keyboard to do so.
