[MCPE-175438] Pillagers Shoot Arrows while holding banners in their hand without a crossbow

I had died in my Minecraft survival world and when I went it get my items from the outpost I realized something weird, a pillager that was holding a white banner that I dropped upon death was shooting arrows at me without a crossbow.
