Going to "Customize Controls" on PC with no touch screen doesn't let you return to the settings

When you go to customize controls on PC without having a touch screen, you're stuck in that screen as it does not let you go back to settings by moving your mouse to click "Done" nor typing anything in keyboard. All you can do is left and right clicking, throwing items, sneaking and jumping.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > Touch

2. Enable "Customize Controls"

3. Click "Customize Controls"
