Lag spikes and Command blocks writing themselves

In all my worlds there are crashes that are not normal, and it happens all the time. When I load a chunk it crashes too much. Another thing is that I'm a map-maker, that is, I use command blocks. And the command blocks sometimes when I open them they write themselves... For example:

I put it in the command block: title @a actionbar Hello

When I open this command sometimes my keyboard opens automatically and something like this appears:

title @a actionbar Hello.title.title.title@

In other words, he writes extra things out of nowhere...

Another bug I recently found is that if you take an NPC and create a button on it when you open the dialogue screen, the game crashes and closes itself.

It's impossible to play with these bugs, these crashes... Lag... Crashes are simply horrible.

PS: My cell phone has 4GB Ram, 64GB memory and is a Motorola G9 Play, I NEVER had performance problems in Minecraft, only after this.update 1.20.30 and the new update 1.20.31 seems to have only made things worse and not solved any problems.
