[MCPE-175702] Hotbar Dissappearing Upon Death

This happened online and offline. My friend dies by anything and their hotbar is gone as soon they respawn. If I die I lose my hotbar as well.

They also lose all their inventory (Armor & Weapons) when we switch from online to offline.
