[MCPE-175850] cannot use 64x64 custom skin on phone

I tried using the same custom skin I use on my computer on my phone, but it said it wasn't a skin. I also tried 64x32 but it also wouldn't work. I can access the storage with the skin, but trying to open it doesn't work.
