[MCPE-175958] Writing on a sign crashes game

Steps to Reproduce:

Place a sign
Use a USB Keyboard plugged into PS5
Start typing

Observed Results:
When this issue happens, you'll notice that there is no green cursor on the sign. If you type using the USB keyboard, the game will occasionally crash, although this may have been fixed in a recent update. This bug is rare.

Expected Results:
A visible green typing cursor, and no crash

Is this still an issue as of 1.21.43?

@Jarl-Penguin there may still be occasions where I place a sign, then the green curser won't appear. However, from my observations the game won't crash.
