the bug I am experiencing is preventing me from joining the server and every time I try it gives this error message "you were kicked from the game: you are not able to join server" this is extremely frustrating even though I went and submitted a vote through the website I would have really preferred to make a vote the interactive way and participate in the various activities available and earn the character creator items so pls fix this ASAP so I can participate as this is my first time ever doing a mob vote!!!

I'm having the same problems here and i would like help to fix them.
Same issue happens on my son's iPad. The device has latest version of Minecraft, iOS and everything. Please help ASAP as there is so few time left for Mob Vote... Very frustrating. Retried many times, through different Internet connections and at different times of day – no luck. Looks like a problem with this particular account, all other family accounts are able to join the world. I don't understand why my son cannot vote...
Same problem.
It is linked to 1 account only and persists across multiple bedrock platforms (Xbox, Switch, Mobile) The account does not have any content restrictions and can join any other server such as Lifeboat, Cubecraft, etc.
My sister really wanted the cape, but because of this error, she can't get it. It's quite a shame; especially since capes are still fairly rare.
Ok to make it clear I have been unable to determine whether or not I did have a bedrock chat ban years ago and plus it is highly unlikely that having a chat ban would mean not being able to join this server as there does not seem to be any existing policies against chat banned players voting on the server. it is also worth mentioning that years ago when I playing Minecraft bedrock it could be unlikely that I ever got one as chat filters may not have even been around at the time.
Helpers - I have confirmed that this user has tried clearing their game resource packs cache, and they've been actively complaining in both main mc and Mojira Discord servers about the issue. They seemed to be the only ones affected by it, until I met another person in main mc Discord with the same issue.
OP in this post has said that they have previously received a Bedrock chat ban, but the new person that I found, claims they have never gotten one.
