[MCPE-176226] Mobs in nether make switching from chestplate to elytra sound instead of their mobs sound

When a mob attacks me in the nether the sound it makes is not the mobs attack sound but the switching from chestplate to elytra sound

We're tracking this issue at MCPE-174942, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

This still hasn't been resolved so I made another bug report
