Other Players can't see my skin anymore. I am only able to use Character Creator Skins or Skin Packs, but custom skins are only working client sided

Do the other players have the "Only Allow Trusted Skins" option enabled in Settings > General? If so, they will need to disable that option and rejoin the world to see your skin.
