This has been an issue off and on for almost a year now. Minecraft will crash during the load. We backed up his folder and removed app. When we reinstall, it works until we log into his microsoft account. when we close the app and reload, it crashes again. This happens on a new install or the old. We have had this issue in the past and it eventually worked but would happen again randomly- a month later, sometimes longer, sometimes sooner.

Could this be an issue with his iPad? we've never had this issue on any other devices. We have it installed on iphones, on his switch, and on an android tablet.
