[MCPE-17649] Using a flame bow it dosnt light anything on fire

I was on my survival i shoot a chicken with my flame 1 bow it drop raw chicken. So i try it on creative on an iron golem it does not light up on fire pls fix the flame ench bug

This bug extends beyond just Flame. A bow with Punch will not punch the enemy back, Power has no effect ,and Infinity does not work. There are many problems with enchantments currently.

Yeah, my enchanted bow acts as a normal box 99% of the time now. I have to hit a mob 4 times to kill it....But then suddenly it will revert back to its enchanted damage every once in awhile and I only have to hit them once or twice.
