The general stability of Minecraft on Android 13 operating systems is very bad, it is possible to get crashes browsing the menus and interfaces in low-power devices, on servers when accessing menus or loading content, when loading worlds or sometimes you can even get multiple messages that repeat that the game does not respond even though is apparently working correctly
(Issues that do not occur in previous versions of Android even with cell phones with lower specifications, these problems also do not occur on other platforms like Windows or IOS)
And probably if tested on a development - debug version of Android 13 these issues probably may not be able to be replicated (I theorize this based on what I read about how apps work on Android 13, but I may be wrong)
In some cases the issues are reproduced consistently and in others they are reproduced inconsistently or randomly
I have to mention that the game does not freeze nor lags, it only presents "app is not responding" while also responding, and has random crashes when opening anything (more likely to happen with menus from a server and modded content like addons)
This also happened in the 1.20.30

Crashes such as these are logged automatically by the game or server and investigated further by the development team internally, so they are not generally kept on the bug tracker.
If you can provide a list of steps that someone else can follow to consistently reproduce a crash then feel free to create a new report. Please be sure to always search for duplicates before creating any new report. Please see the Bug Tracker Guidelines for more information.
In general it is much better to just provide steps to reproduce the issue and avoid speculation about the possible cause.
