[MCPE-176646] When Tapping On The Screen On Nintendo Switch I See The Mobile Thumbstick and the moved effects bar

I Tapped on my screen and i see the mobile thumbstick and the horizontal effect bar, when i interact with joycon it fixes but you can repeat

This also occurs in 1.20.40 but it wont let me select it

Steps To Reproduce

Load Nintendo Switch On 1.20.40 or .41

Tap your screen

you see the thumbstick

interact with joycon

its gone
