Normally, when holding an item, which is in your hotbar, the name of the item and its Enchantment appear, but now in this update it is not possible to see this.
Note: apparently this only happens in survival mode.

I could not reproduce this in 1.21.1, is this still an issue? Are you using any resource packs, and if so, does disabling them resolve the issue?
