[MCPE-176726] 'Night Vision' style lighting glitch occurs during gameplay

The lighting throughout the world changes to be completely bright as though the Night Vision effect has been applied randomly. I've noticed this strange change in lighting both randomly throughout gameplay but also when entering then exiting water. When changing the brightness in settings it then fixes it.
