When I use my left trigger in a gamepad tester and other games it works fine but in Minecraft it takes 2 inputs no matter how fast or hard I click it. The video attached shows the gamepad test as well as Minecraft big gameplay. The controller I use is the Razer Kishi V2 by the way.
