The horse teleports to water after we get out of there

i also got this issue while playing Bedrock Edition and here is how i + +Personally fixed it

How did i fix it?

i went the direction the horse was teleporting to  and then went back where i wanted it to go and it fixed.

simple right?

simple but i cant explain that
