Quasi-Connectivity Parity Issue

Currently, Quasi-Connectivity is a redstone feature that only works on Minecraft Java edition. However, Mojang have confirmed multiple times through official sources that QC is in fact a feature of Minecraft redstone, so to enable greater parity between Java and Bedrock editions, the lack of Quasi-Connectivity in Minecraft: Bedrock is in fact a bug and should be addressed by Mojang
