"A newer version of the game has saved this world" when trying to open worlds exported from Minecraft Preview Editor in normal Minecraft

Please edit the Affects Version/s field and select the specific Released Version you were using when you encountered the reported issue.

This is not a bug. You will have to wait until 1.20.60 is fully released to open the world.

Hey, if you would like a fix for this, go in to the com.mojang file of the world you used the editor on and copy the "db" file. Then create a new world in normal minecraft bedrock.

I recommend saving and exiting the game while you're looking at something like a village or a lava pool, just so it's easier to find that world in the file manager using the world_icon.jpeg.

Once you've saved and exited the normal bedrock world, find that world's com.mojang folder and paste the db file from the world you used the editor on in to the new world's file, and it will load up.

The biggest issue that comes with this method is that it's technically a new world so player inventories won't carry over if it was an in progress world, however if you put your stuff in a chest before using the editor chest inventories will carry over.
