The new feature to download your realm to your pc doesn't work. Always fails.

Thank you for your report. This issue was, however, submitted earlier as REALMS-186. Please perform a search next time to make sure your bug hasn't already been reported.
I can also confirm this bug is present in realms. I was able to download realms when I first generated the world but days passed and one day I tried to download my realm world and same scenario as the image above. it said world size 00 MB and never downloaded. I even waited one hour and nothing. Please fix this issue I dont want to loose my world and I dont want to depend always on realms to play in that world.
