SVCHost.exe is causing an issue with launching game.

Hi, been having an issue launching Minecraft Bedrock from Launcher, Minecraft on start menu, and Xbox app. Whenever I launch it, it loads to 40%, and then stops. The program is still running and responding according to task manager, but the loading screen is frozen at 40% and the wheel is stopped too. I finally took a look, and I found the problem. The "Minecraft.Windows.exe" process is waiting on SVCHost.exe. I solved the problem by:
1. Right click minecraft and select "Go to details"

2. Right click the highlighted process and select "Analyze Wait Chain"

3. Click the drop down on the last option

4. Open the next drop-down

5. Click SVCHost.exe and Select End Process.

MAKE SURE MINECRAFT IS VISIBLE WHILE DOING THIS!

It should start loading immediately after.

I don't know how to recreate this, as it's happening to me, and I can't find any other instances of this issue.
