You selected Multiple in Platform field in the ticket. Beside your mobile device, are there other devices affected by the bug as well? Is this still an issue in the newest beta/preview?

This has already been fixed. This was a temporary bug affecting betas in 1.20.60 betas. It only happened whenever you tried the new upcoming UI for play screen.
