Issue
Running a long "tellraw" command through the chat input causes the game to freeze up.
Details
When running a /tellraw command inside of the chat UI that is of an extended length, it causes the game to freeze up (e.g. commands stop working). Reloading the world will revert to the previous autosave. You can tell when the command is too long to be run inside the chat UI because the spacing between letters becomes strange (e.g. spaces appear in random spots or letters become too close together).
Steps to Reproduce
Type out a "tellraw" command that is very long
Run the command inside of the chat input (not inside of a command block)
Expected Outcome
The command should run as normal
Actual Outcome
The command does not run and the game freezes up
