I am Japanese and not good at English, so I am using chatGPT for translation. As per the summary, when I go to the lock screen, I can’t hear any sound. Even if I restart Minecraft or reboot the system, I can’t hear anything. When this happens, the only solution seems to be to reinstall.
However, there are times when I can hear the sound, depending on the situation.

Does this also happen during gameplay, or just in the menus? Have you also checked if Minecraft was not muted in Volume Mixer (Settings > System > Sound > Volume Mixer)?
Also do you use headphones with spatial sound? Or any external audio software?
