Cannot earn achievements in any world

I am not able to earn achievements in my worlds. Statistics like distance travelled and monsters killed are also not updated in my Xbox account, but playtime is. MCBE is also not shown in the 'Most recent' section of the Xbox app, but MC Preview and the MC Launcher are.

This started a few months ago. i have tried all instructions in the Achievements FAQ page, including reinstalling both MCBE and Xbox, and I have also tried repairing them in the Windows Settings.

Steps to Reproduce:

:info: Might be a bug with my account or device.

• Join a world that has achievements enabled.

• Do the required actions for an achievement that you have not yet completed.

• Wait for up to 24h for the achievement to be awarded (usually takes 20s-5m).

Observed Results (for me):
The achievement is not awarded.

Expected Results:
The achievement is awarded.

Other Achievements & Worlds
I have tried multiple achievements (including Overpowered, Pot Planter, and Alternative Fuel), and several different worlds, all with achievements enabled (no cheats and BPs).

Other Bugs on the Bug Tracker
I have not yet found a bug on the bug tracker that goes into enough detail to know if it similar to this bug, or that gives any useful troubleshooting steps.

Support
I contacted Minecraft support before reporting this bug (see support screenshot 1 below). The support agent told me to log out of my MSA everywhere, and update MCBE on all devices (see support screenshot 2 below). I tried this, but this did not solve my issues (see support screenshot 3 below). Another support agent replied, telling me to report this to the bug tracker (see support screenshot 4 below).
