[MCPE-17787] Lost all my worlds

hi,
My son has been playing mine craft for years and created many worlds? However since yesterday every time he went to play it for to the generating worlds and crashed and kicked us out. after about 20 times we deleted mine craft and redo loaded it from the cloud. now all his worlds are gone and he is distraught? How can I get his worlds back?

You should have your worlds backed up to the cloud and can download them back to your device

Go to Settings > General > Reset, then tap “Erase all content and settings.” From the apps Apps & Data screen, tap Restore from iCloud Backup, then sign in to iCloud. Proceed to “Choose backup,” then choose from a list of available backups in iCloud.
