As we can see in the video below, the effects of a full powered Conduit can only be obtained in a distance inferior to 66 blocks, which is supposed to be 96.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
The radius is dependent on how many blocks the Conduit is made out of. Did you try making it out of a larger number of blocks?
