For some reason mobs don't seem to spawn on custom blocks despite spawning on vanilla blocks perfectly fine and I'm pretty sure this is a bug considering it's also effecting some other add-ons as well.

The attached add-on does not work for me in 1.21.21. Is this still an issue as of the latest release? If so, please attach an updated add-on that works in the latest version.
