I am playing on a multiplayer server myself and asked my friend to join in. After that, the game was lagging, the screen was glitching like the photo below and stopped for a few seconds. A few seconds later, everything returned normal.

Can confirm, however on other devices it'll usually just freeze for a moment until the player is fully in.

I'm unable to reproduce this in 1.21.2. Is this still an issue?
