[MCPE-17848] Realm and server crash when putting item in picture frame

When hanging a item frame on the wall, and sticking something to it, the server realm crashes. Takes a couple a minutes before I\m allowed to enter the game again.

This has been an issue since the last update.

It was marked resolved because it is a duplicate of MCPE-17818. That one is open and is the active bug for this issue.
