blocks not showing up in /give command

Note that only blocks whose identifiers start with chiseled will be listed. Some blocks use the same base block for multiple types, with additional data required to select the desired form.
What specific blocks that start with "chiseled" are not appearing?

I realised that the ones I thought were missing do indeed use the same base block. 

Resolved as Cannot Reproduce based on previous reporter comment.
