New standard vanilla worlds don't have "Unknown" blocks.
Please provide complete details of what you are doing to get Unknown blocks in your world.
How was the world created?
What do you mean by "edit your world"?
Are you using any add-ons, if so which ones (name and creator)?
What device are you using?
