Minecraft Mobile does not allow the player to add skins to the game

Summary:

The game is not allowing Mobile players to add custom skins

Observed Results:

I tested on Minecraft Windows 10, and this bug does not occur. Players can normally put on their skins

On the cell phone, the player receives a message that says that the image is not a skin

Expected Results:

The game should normally be allowing the addition of skins in the game, other than skins outside the game
