It´s possible to use Wind Charge to launch yourself upwards by aiming down and using the power, but the power does not work as it should
Observed Results:
The problem is that your avatar will also start to go backwards, mid-jump

Expected Results:
Just like the Java version, you should keep the X and Z position on the table, changing only Y
