After downloading the latest version of mine craft on my switch (1.20.62) I noticed my diamond crown was missing from my character model. I checked my locker to see if it was just a visual glitch but then I noticed all of my other rewards were missing too.

I figured out how to fix this, you have to claim any cosmetic anywhere. This causes the game to realize "Wait a minute, you also have these."
I have noticed a similar instance. Check the shop and try unlocking them again if you can.
