Bedrock's wind charge ID is different from Java

The wind charge's ID (the normal and breeze versions) from Bedrock includes "_projectile" in the name, while Java's wind charges don't, and also creates an inconsistency between entity IDs, like the arrow entity which doesn't include the "projectile" in the name, is the same name and ID for the item and entity.

Expected ID:

wind_charge

Observed ID:

wind_charge_projectile
