Basically pairing both Joycons on android causes one Joycon input to be cancelled by the other or viceversa, sometimes this happens even in the same joycon if I press multiple buttons(lesser times). This is probably because Minecraft pools only one only gamepad input at time on android.
I can provide video if further requested, but I'm thinking inputs aren't taken at each frame or arent registered correctly.

It's a really similar problem, controllers in my case did not disconnect, but instead only one was working at time, i couldn't use them both at the same time since one cancels the other.
I don't think the issue is resolved since was never mentioned until now, when I can I can provide feedback if it's still bugged.
