Bedrock edition always kicks me out of my microsoft account so i can't play multiplayer accross multiple platforms

Are you trying to log into the same account from more than one device? In general, that is not likely to work, since the player identity in a world is tied to an account.
Otherwise, what do you mean that it "kicks you out"? Do you get some kind of a message?
