Originally, Agents could use bone meal to make saplings or seeds grow quickly.
For some reason, Agent can't use bone meal on items now, but can only use it on open spaces.
Attached here are status pictures and code.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. summon the agent in mc-edu
2. give it bone meal
3. let agent inspect the planet with bone meal
Observed Results:
tree or seed can grow quickly
Expected Results:
they cant work!
