Painting drops to wrong place when broken if block is above it

If a block is placed directly above the installed painting, when the painting is destroyed, it may not fall on the spot but land on the block above it.
For example, if a stair block is installed as a ceiling above a painting, if you destroy the painting, the painting will end up on the roof, which is inconvenient.
