No longer able to move "open inventory" touch control to the left side.

History:

Recently the left handed mode was removed from the "touch" control type. As a replacement the custom controls were introduced.

The issue: 

The custom controls does not allow to change "open inventory" button to the left (3 dots) which makes new replacement ineffective as it's almost impossible to play with switched controls without switching"open inventory" button to the left.

This bug affects all left-handed people who plays bedrock version and forces them to learn to play with the right hand.

Suggestion:

Add switch option in the accessibility page that will move "open inventory" button to the left. (Same as it was in "lefty" mode)
