The experimental wind charge, when thrown on mobile, always aims in the centre of the screen. This even happens when I aim the circle selection thing in a different direction.

This most likely works as intended, because other projectiles like snowballs, ender pearls, arrows from bows or crossbows, fishing rods, eggs, and a lot more also always fire in the center of the screen. It's also probably to not give mobile players such a huge advantage in pvp as being able to shoot projectiles anywhere they can see.
