Hardcore mode missing on new UI

This version has added Hardcore Mode to Bedrock on the beta, however there is a missing toggle for it on the new world creation UI

Steps to reproduce

1. Load Minecraft on 1.20.80.22 (version that added hardcore)
2. Go to the world creation screen
3. Hardcore mode toggle is missing

Expected result

A toggle for Hardcore mode should appear in the world creation screen

Observed result

Missing toggle, unable to play on hardcore even after switching to the old UI in the edit world screen (toggle is greyed out)

Additional Info

• This is something similar to the Recipe Unlocking bug, being introduced somewhere around 1.20.10
• Typo on the hardcore mode toggle "Harcore mode"
• Hardcore mode should be in the gamemode dropdown, not a seperate toggle
