Started MC the other day, all my skins/characters had gone from dressing room. OK no problem I'll build a new one. Started it again today and it's all been reset again.

Keeps happening and I get Alex and 2 Kais. BUT MC is always logged out of xbox as well. Logging in changes nothing BUT logging in, restarting mincraft has left me with 1 Kai (even though I deleted those 3 mentioned) and the most recent other character I created. Might be to do with this.
