The gamerule "doVinesSpread" is not present in Bedrock Edition

The gamerule "doVinesSpread" is not available in Bedrock Edition. It was introduced in Java Edition version 1.19.4.

Added doVinesSpread game rule, determining if vines will spread to nearby blocks

• Defaults to true

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a world with cheats on

2. Go to chat

3. Type:

   /gamerule doVinesSpread

Observed results:
There is no /gamerule doVinesSpread in Bedrock.

Expected results:
It should be there in Bedrock as Java has it in Java Edition 1.19.4.
