Mysterious disappearance of shulker boxes

Please, you must solve it now. I was recently playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition, and was following the treasure map. Among my personal inventory, I had 3 shulker boxes, which contained important items such as diamonds, netherite ingots, and items that I found in the oceanic ruins.
So when I clicked down to find the treasure chest, my inventory was filled with stone, granite, and gravel. So, seeing myself saturated, I decided to organize it in my personal inventory, but I realized that 2 of my boxes of shulkers were no longer there. After organizing the items in my inventory, I began to look carefully to check if it was true or not, I realized it was.
In fact, this isn't the first time this has happened to me. It turns out that, weeks ago, I was in the mine structure, getting minerals, then my inventory was full, and when I was organizing them, I realized that I was missing a shulker box. In that box were large quantities of redstone, gold, lapis lazuli, iron and copper. I desperately searched the entire structure, even in spectator mode. Unfortunately, there was no sign of her.
I am devastated and sad, at first I was confused the first time, but the second time, I realized that it is a very dangerous programming error or bug.
I only ask the developers to solve it immediately.
