Everytime I boot up minecraft, my skin will buffer for about 7-10 minutes before loading.
Expected Results: Boot up Minecraft and have my skin load in no longer than 1 minute after the data has synced
Actual Results: The game boots up but my skin takes forever to render.
I have put a screenshot of what it looks like for me. If needed, i can take a video of how long it takes to load.

I'm unable to reproduce this in 1.21.2. Is this still an issue?

I still have the same issue, even in 1.21.20. Now instead of a buffering bar, it shows a default skin (I.e Steve or alex) and takes nearly 15 minutes to render.
