Before you read, I have checked all the other bug reports and tried the possible workarounds.
Using cellular data to connect to servers simply doesn't work. Using WI-FI, however, works for some reason. What's weird is that cellular data used to work a year ago. (still had this issue but I was able to join eventually)
What I've tried so far:
Use 5G Bandwidth (suggested by the Minecraft support team)
Re-login into Xbox/Microsoft account
Clear app cache
Reset mobile network settings
What I haven't tried is a clean reinstall, but this one is a no-go to me since I cannot back up the game data without using wifi and turning on ADB to access my game data. Woohoo, Android.
The internet speed didn't matter, since my 5G network was around 600Mbps, and still wasn't able to join.
One of Minecraft Discord's people told me that the data providers possibly blocked anything associated with Minecraft. But if that was the case, using a VPN should've worked, which it didn't.
